RT Connector is defaulting to sign application forms before binding a policy for all users.

| View in browser Sign Before Bind Less Friction, More Efficiency    Effective January 1, 2026, RT Connector will require ALL clients and their insureds to sign ACORD forms & other binding documents before a policy is issued, through the existing DocuSign process. If the RT Connector platform does not receive signatures from you and your insured, coverage will not be confirmed, and no policy will be issued.   What does this mean to you? If you are used to signing Acords after binding a quote, this update will change your process…. but it offers several benefits for you and your customers, including: Complete documentation before coverage goes into effect.
