As part of our brand refresh and our continued commitment to improving the RT Connector experience, we’re excited to introduce two improvements to the user interface. These enhancements are built to make quoting and renewals faster, easier to navigate, and more intuitive. They were directly shaped by your feedback, and we’re confident they’ll bring meaningful improvements to your workflow.

Enhanced “Select a Quote” Page 

Applies to GL, Property, Excess, Cyber, and Truckers

We’ve made our most important page even better. The redesigned "Select a Quote"  interface now offers a cleaner, more intuitive experience that helps you move faster, with greater confidence, allowing easy comparison of quotes across multiple carriers.

• All-in Pricing:  Quote totals now include taxes and fees, so there are no surprises for the insured.
• Smarter Design: Key actions like “Compare All” and “View Quote” are now more visible, reducing confusion and saving time.
• Improved Navigation & Visual Clarity: A cleaner layout, refined colors, and visual upgrades make interactions more intuitive and less time consuming.

Benefit to You: A more intuitive, streamlined quoting experience reduces friction and improves decision-making.

Smarter Renewals Experience

Applies to GL, Property, Excess Only

Renewals should be simple! E&S policies don’t automatically renew, so agents need to take action. Renewal quotes are sent via email, allowing you to review, edit, and bind directly in RT Connector through a self-service process. Renewal quoting screen has been redesigned with key updates that make it easier to understand, compare, and take action.

• Clearer Messaging: A new page title and helpful guidance explain how renewals work.
• Policy Comparison: View last year’s premium and access expiring policy documents directly from the page.
• Visual Improvements: Cleaner layout and clearer calls to action reduce confusion and help you stay on track.

Benefit to you:  Saves time, and supports more effective client conversations with insureds around “what’s changed”.
